Site Progress

  • Carpentry – House 1 / 2 / 3 / 4: o Box outs and window trims prepared for window install.

  • Plumbing – House 1 / 2: o OSD tank and pipes installed for House 3 / 4. o Sewer lines for Rear property re-connected.

  • Driveway demolition continued. • Driveway under footings and dincel walls formed and poured, to support underside of driveway, near rear adjacent property.

  • Rendering/ painting of wall nibs on house 1 / 2 for preparation of glass doors.

  • Window delivery and install of sub head and sills on all houses.

  • Steel delivered for driveway slab.

  • Scaffolding erected for the neighbour’s access to their property (rear).

  • House 1 / 2 Carpentry – stud walls on laundry variations for House 3 / 4.

  • Driveway – Demolition to continue. • Driveway slab to be formed and poured.

  • All house windows to be installed and complete.

  • Retaining wall footing between House 1 / 2 and 3 / 4 to prepared.

  • House 1 / 2 external CFC to be installed.

  • Electrical rough-in to commence on House 1 / 2.

  • Plumbing rough-in to continue.
